By RNI REGISTRATION, the newspaper registrar for India first confirms the proposed name of the newspaper.
After that, a title review request should be made, which includes the following:
¨ Newspaper Name.The Information Will Be Sent To The Appropriate District Judge.
¨ With the increasing popularity of the Internet, the Indian Newspaper Registration Office (RNI) has also made it possible to submit an online review request.¨ After verifying the identity information of the applicant, the District Judge forwards the application for RNI lens, which verifies the availability of the ticket.

¨ An application for registration may be submitted with the RNI for a certified copy of the title amendment, a copy of the declaration, an earlier edition of the newspaper and a "no foreign tie-up" duly certified by a notary.
The newspaper should contain the following information:
¨ Volume Number,
¨ Title: It appears prominently on the cover and all pages.
¨ Time Limit/ Deadline,
¨ Number of pages and
A print line in the following:
a) Publisher name,
b) Printer
c)
Editor and owner,
d)
Address of the place of publication
e) Name and address of the printing press.

Procedure
for obtaining magazine license:
ü Obtain a journal number assigned by the Magistrate Court and contact the Office of the Registrar of Newspapers of India (RNI) to verify the availability of the name with the Magistrate Court.
ü Once the name is approved, contact the local court for a hearing.
